Here's a template called "Positioning Tree" that would help you sort out what could be termed your market & product positioning largely, although one could use it just as much for price & competition based positioning.

Here are a few steps towards using it effectively:

• there are 8 sections in the canvas, start from the bottom labeled (1) working your way bottom-top
• brainstorm with your teams / internal stakeholders when filling this out
• fill out sections based on the understanding you carry / have built about the markets, segments, users, user behavior, products
• think of factors that could act as a deterrent (gleamed from the understanding of the users & behavioral patterns)
• list out methods as to how you're planning to combat those deterrents ensuring the clout of the users is cleared paving the way for a smoother adoption
• your POSITIONING TREE is ready to roll out
• ensure the shared understanding reaches all teams and they are aligned
